The Residence Club

The Residence Club at Carlton Landing is a beautiful lakeside location on the corner of Water and Park Streets.  It consists of 11 Residences with elevated lake views and outdoor decks, and offers three different floor plans: three “Lakeview” with 4 Bedrooms, two “Veranda” with 4 Bedrooms and six “Park Street” with 3 Bedrooms.  The Residence Club is an equity residence club providing owners with shared ownership and Boat Club membership.
